OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Defendant entered a plea to criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree with the understanding that he would “probably” be treated as a youthful offender and sentenced to a term of nine months if he produced proof that he was in school, received a favorable probation report, and appeared as directed for sentencing. He was advised that if he did not meet these conditions, he would be sentenced as an adult to a term of two years in prison followed by two years of post-release supervision (PRS).…
