— In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant-husband appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Kuffner, J.), dated August 10, 1990, as denied his application for a downward modification of a pendente lite award of child support and maintenance.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
