Plaintiffs own a tract of about twelve acres of land abutting and bordering on the west bank of the Mississippi river in the city of Minneapolis, near St. Anthony Falls, together with all riparian and flowage rights and privileges appurtenant and belonging thereto. Such tract of land is a part of government lot No. 8, in section 24, township 29, range 24. Its west boundary line is the section line between said section 24 and section 23, and it extends along the river a distance of two thousand one hundred feet to the south or southwesterly.
