Introduction

This is an accelerated interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s order denying appellant TravelJungle’s special appearance. See Tex. Civ. PRAC. & Rem.Code Ann. § 51.014(a)(7) (Vernon Supp.2006). In one issue, TravelJungle challenges the trial court’s determination that it had sufficient minimum contacts with the State of Texas that would enable Texas to assert personal jurisdiction over it.
