Appellants International Fidelity Insurance Co. and Allegheny Mutual Casualty Co. appeal from the trial court’s denial of their request for a temporary injunction enjoining Appellee Kendall W. Hill, a licensed Texas attorney doing business as The Bonding Company, from being licensed by Appellee Wise County Bail Bond Board to write bail bonds in that county. See Tex.
