OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant-Appellant Harry Hart appeals his convictions of Intimidation with a deadly weapon, a class C felony; 1 Escape while using a deadly weapon, a class B felony; 2 and Theft, a class D felony. 3

We affirm.

ISSUES
