These two suits were brought in the Circuit Court of Hamilton County, and by agreement were consolidated for trial. Plaintiff in error Annie Kaset sued the defendants in error Solomon Freedman and Mrs. Solomon Freedman to recover damages for personal injuries in the amount of $20,000. Plaintiff in error Jacob Kaset, husband of Annie Kaset, sued the same defendants in error for loss of services of his wife and medical expenses in the amount of $5,000.
