The testatrix died on or about June 18, 1889,. leaving a last will and testament bearing date December 5, 1885, and a codicil thereto bearing date February 1, 1886.
By her said will, the testatrix first ordered and directed that all of her debts and funeral expenses be paid out of her estate as soon after her death as practicable by the executor of her will.
