bln this criminal case, Defendant, De-marcus Fobb, appeals his convictions by jury of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. For the following reasons, due to error patent and insufficiency of the evidence, we reverse the convictions and vacate the concomitant sentences for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, enter a conviction for the lesser offense of possession of marijuana, and remand this matter for resentencing and a proper disposition of…
