TALIAFERRO, Judge.

This case presents a sole question of law. Briefly stated, the question is whether the mortgage creditor, who redeems property from the state after it has been adjudicated to the state for delinquent taxes, by payment of the taxes for which the property sold, is sub-rogated to all the rights, liens, and privileges of the state and other taxing authorities, quoad the property, as he would have been subrogated had he paid such taxes before and to prevent a sale of the property.
