Defendant Madison Wilson waived jury trial and was found guilty of possession of drugs in violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, RCW 69.50. Wilson’s principal contention on appeal is that his constitutional immunity from unreasonable search and seizure was violated.

Wilson first argues that the search warrant which was used as the vehicle for his apprehension was invalid because the affidavit upon which it was based fails to establish probable cause.
