This suit was filed in the district court of Creek county, Okl., by heirs of Soma Sarte, deceased, against the American National Bank of Bristow, Okl., and Edmond Burgess and Alice May Bosen, now Morrison. The American National Bank of Bristow was designated as trustee in a trust instrument executed by Soma Sarte during her lifetime.
