Currently pending is Plaintiff Stockart.com, LLC’s Motion for Leave to Take Early Discovery and Defendants Caraustar Custom Packaging Group (Maryland), Inc. and Caraustar Custom Packaging Group, Inc.’s Motion to Strike Paragraphs 14,19, 20, & 21 of the Amended Complaint.
