The complaint is to this effect: April 3, 1902, matters of difference existed between plaintiff and defendant as follows : The latter was a judgment creditor of the former to the amount of $90.65, and $15.75 costs, the judgment having been rendered in justice court and duly transcripted to the circuit court for Columbia county, Wisconsin.
