Error to the district court for Lancaster county. Action to recover $67.50 as commission on sale of a lot in city of Lincoln. Tried below before POUND, J.

The only question presented in this case is, the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the finding and judgment of the district court.

The cause was tried to the court without the intervention of a jury, and it has been held by this court that in such case the findings of the court are entitled to the same weight as a verdict of a jury, and will not be set aside on the *452ground of an erroneous finding, unless it is clear that such re the case.
