This appeal involves the denial of Appellant’s motion to withdraw a guilty plea under Rule 3.172, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. On January 30, 1987, the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office arrested Appellant for Driving Under the Influence, Section 316.193, Florida Statutes (1985).
