This is an actioii against a physician and surgeon to re*2cover damag-es for alleged malpractice. The case was tried to a jury and resulted in a verdict for the defendant. Plaintiff appeals. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.

Plaintiff’s witnesses related the following factual situation : Plaintiff and his son were in an automobile accident on March 20, 1936. The son received an injured finger.
