The complainant entered into a contract with Pierson & McCarty Company on January 25, 1910, whereby complainant leased to Pierson & McCarty Company for a term of ten years from March 9, 1910, certain property in Memphis described as “the tw'o-story brick house and lot on west side of Dunlap street, one hundred and five feet fronting on Dunlap street, and running back to Ragland avenue, near north gate of Elmwood Cemetery.” This property was rented for *672greenhouse purposes.
