Elrod v. McConnell

This was a bill brought by a trustee in bankruptcy to enjoin the daughter of the bankrupt from encumbering or disposing of the mining interest in property conveyed to her by her father. Plaintiff alleged that the father was adjudicated a *893bankrupt on November 5, 1927, and made the conveyance to the daughter on September 12, 1927, for love and affection, which was within four months prior to date of such adjudication; that the conveyance was to hinder, delay, and defraud creditors; that possession had not passed; and that the daughter was insolvent.
