This suit was filed by D. W. Nelson, minor, by his next friend, to re-' cover compensation for injuries, which suit is an appeal from an award of the Industrial Accident Board. On trial in the district court judgment was rendered for plaintiff, and the defendant, insurance coinpany, has appealed.

The questions presented under the assignments of error, attacking the ruling of the trial court in overruling the general and special exceptions, cannot be considered for the reason that there is nothing in the record to show what disposition, if any, the trial court made of such demurrers or…
