INTRODUCTION

Jeremiah Wade appeals from an entry of summary judgment, resulting in the dismissal of his objection to probate of the will of Beulah Truvett Ellis. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

BACKGROUND

The essential facts of this case are not in dispute. Ellis died testate on January 1, 1996, at the age of 75. She had served in the U.S. Army during World War II and later worked as a secretary at Offutt Air Force Base, eventually retiring as a civil servant in January 1979.
