Kamal Thomas and Anselmo Boston appeal from Findings of Facts and Conclusions of Law and an accompanying Order issued by the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands on November 29, 2012.1 Following a remand from this Court, the Superior Court held a hearing to determine whether the jury that convicted Thomas and Boston considered extraneous or extrinsic information and, if so, whether this misconduct was prejudicial.
