Steven Griggs appeals the sentence imposed upon him following a guilty plea to charges of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute 100 grams or more of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (1988). He argues that the district court 1 erred in determining his base offense level by using the wrong table in the Sentencing Guidelines, by reducing the precursor chemicals to an equivalent amount of methamphetamine and by holding him responsible for dextro-methamphetamine, in not finding the government violated its plea bargain agreement by providing…
