Appeal from a judgment of the Wayne County Court (John B. Nesbitt, J.), rendered October 11, 2002. The judgment convicted *1256defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
