Appeal (transferred to this Court by order of the Appellate Division, Second Department) from a judgment of *854the Supreme Court (Rosato, J.), entered September 17, 1991 in Westchester County, which dismissed petitioners’ applications, in two proceedings pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review determinations of the Town of Mt. Pleasant Zoning Board of Appeals granting certain area variances.
