Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Hollie, J.), rendered July 10, 2013, convicting him of burglary in the second degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, c ' that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress the in-court identification of the defendant and the denial, after a hearing, of the defendant’s motion to suppress information obtained from a search of his cell phone.
