Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (Harris, J.), entered October 27, 1995 in Albany County, which granted plaintiffs’ motion to dismiss the third-party complaint, and (2) from an order of said court, entered January 29, 1996 in Albany County, which denied defendants’ motion, inter alia, for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
