Before the court are two motions filed by Defendants, Tri-Millennium Corporation, Inc. (“Tri-Millennium”) and BBC Entertainment, Inc. (“BBC”). First, on 23 June 2004, Defendants filed Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss or for Summary Judgment. Then, on 23 July 2004, a second Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss or for Summary Judgment was filed.
