hPlaintiffs/Appellants, Sherry Wedge-worth and James Wedgeworth, appeal the trial court’s judgment in favor of Defendant/Appellee, Tynes E. Mixon, III, M.D. For the following reasons, the trial court’s judgment is affirmed.
FACTS & PROCEDURAL HISTORY
This medical malpractice suit arises from complications occurring after Mrs. Wedgeworth underwent a revision functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS procedure)1 performed by Dr. Mixon, a board-certified otolaryngologist/ear, nose, and throat (ENT) physician, on February 1, 2012.
