Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of St. Lawrence County (Rogers, J.), rendered March 21, 2013, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal sexual act in the first degree.
Defendant, who owned a business that catered to young adults interested in gaming, was arrested and charged in a four-count indictment after he engaged in certain sexual conduct with an 18-year-old woman in the back room of his business.
