In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, West-chester County (Adler, J.), dated October 27, 2014, which, upon a decision of the same court dated July 10, 2013, made after a nonjury trial on the issue of damages, is in favor of the defendant and against it dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
