Creed Wills Davis died on November 8, 1932, leaving a will by which he devised and bequeathed his entire estate, after the payment of his debts, to the Lynchburg National Bank & Trust Company for the benefit of his daughter, Annie Virginia Davis, directing it to pay her the income therefrom as long as she should live. The trustee was given authority in its discretion to encroach upon the principal of the trust fund for the daughter’s maintenance.
