INTRODUCTION
{¶ 1} The Beacon Journal Publishing Company terminated Michael Attalla as one of its independent-contractor newspaper carriers after he refused to deliver Kiwanis emergency medical flyers to all the households along his routes. It terminated Janet Stoebermann after a substitute she arranged refused to deliver copies of the Wall Street Journal.
