In the first six assignments of error complaint is made of the charge of the court. The complaint is general, not specifying particular portions of the charge, but averring generally that the defendant’s case was not presented in that clear, fair, and impartial manner in which he was entitled to have it presented; that the minds of the jury were directed to such parts of the testimony as inculpated the defendant, while all reference to the material facts of the defence was omitted, etc. Where it is alleged that the charge as a whole was unfair and one-sided,…
