This matter is before the court on motion of claimant Jack A. Jarboe to Increase the Fund and Security pursuant to Rule F(7), Supplemental Rules of Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims (DE # 18) 1 to include the value of Norfolk Dredging Company’s entire fleet and equipment in use during the performance of its dredging operation near Shallotte, North Carolina at the time of Jarboe’s injury aboard Norfolk’s Derrick # 4.
