The whole question presented in this appeal narrows down to a determination of whether the subsequent purchasers of a mortgaged automobile, to which transactions the mortgagee did not consent, are bound to pay the value of the automobile' 'upon default in payment of the obligation on maturity, notwithstanding the fact that both purchasers *217placed at the disposal of the creditor the mortgaged thing to foreclose the mortgage credit.
