Affirming.

Appellant is a fraternal insurance company incorporated under the laws of Nebraska, and is authorized under the laws of this state to do business therein. It maintains subordinate lodges or camps in this state, as well as in many other states.

In 1922, for a consideration, it issued to Bela Havas a beneficiary certificate whereby it agreed to pay to appellee, the designated beneficiary therein and the wife of the insured, $1,000.00 upon his death, and an additional $1,000.00 in the event of his death from accident caused solely and directly…
