Reversing.
The appellee, Gladys Maynard, sued the appellant, Charles A. Maynard, for divorce on the ground of cruelty and asked that she be awarded custody of their child, Charles G. Maynard, who was about two years of age when the petition was filed on March 15, 1946. In her petition appellee asked for permanent alimony in the sum of $150 a month and maintenance for the child in a reasonable sum.
