In 2006, Plaintiff Robert Visnaw filed suit alleging that in 1984 and 1985 he was physically and sexually abused by William Mueller, then an assistant vice-principal at St. John Vianney High School in Kirk- wood, Missouri. The defendants filed a motion for summary judgment asserting that Plaintiffs claims are barred by a statute of limitation. The circuit court overruled the motion. This Court issued a preliminary order in prohibition, which is now made absolute.
