Plaintiff, Design Plus Store Fixtures, Inc., (Design), entered into a contract with defendant, Citro Corporation (Citro), to buy display tables in three installments to be delivered to Design’s primary customer, Springmaid, in Oregon, Kansas, and New Mexico. Citro subcontracted with the third party defendant, Decolam, Inc., (Decolam), to “edge-tape” and bore holes in the parts according to plaintiffs specifications and a pattern approved by Citro.
