Virginia W. Johnson died a resident of Essex County April 18th. 1919, leaving a last will and testament duly probated by the surrogate of Essex County. In the third paragraph of her will she devised and bequeathed all of the residue and remainder of her estate, real and personal, to her executors and the survivors or survivor of them in trust to hold, manage and control the same, with power of sale of any of her real estate, and "to pay three fifths of the net income of my said estate unto my sister, Madge J.
