The plaintiff, by her complaint, and the defendant, by his counterclaim, sought a “decree of divorce on the ground of cruelty. The judgment granted the prayer of plaintiff’s complaint, awarded her the custody of their infant child, and required the defendant to pay plaintiff $70 per month as alimony and for the support of the child.
