MEMORANDUM DECISION

WERKER, District Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, John J. Galgay, Judge, which denied the application of appellant Reuben H. Donnelley Corporation (RHD) for allowance of an administrative priority claim pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(1)(A).

In April 1982, Baths International, Inc. (Baths) filed a chapter 11 petition in bankruptcy under the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978. Baths is engaged in the business of retail and wholesale distribution of hot tubs, spas, saunas and related equipment. A large…
