Mr. Justice Cothran : This is an action by the plaintiff, Cantey, who was appointed Receiver of the property of E. T. Summersett, in supplementary proceedings, for the purpose of subjecting certain property standing in the name of a corporation, “Edward E. Summersett, Inc.,” to the payment of certain judgments against E. T. Summersett, upon the ground that the corporation was organized and has been used as a scheme on the part of E. T.
