Affirming.

The appellant, Lonnie Cobb, has been sentenced to the penitentiary for 2% years, upon the charge of confederating and banding together with others unknown for the purpose of intimidating, alarming, disturbing, and injuring another person, namely, A1 Hoffman, which is a crime denounced by section 1241a-l of the Statutes.

The victim of the conspiracy was 71 years old, and lived alone in a cabin belonging to the coal company by whom he was employed. A miners’ strike was in progress in Muhlenberg county, but Hoffman had not quit work. He…
