This is an action brought under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for review of the final decision of the Secretary of Health & Human Services, which denied Plaintiff’s application for a period of disability and for disability insurance benefits under 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i) and 423. An Administrative Law Judge (AU) decided that the Plaintiff was entitled to a period of disability and to disability insurance benefits'.
