Austin Alexander executed a quitclaim deed purporting to convey a parcel of property to his son, Anduze Alexander on May 30, 2008, and recorded it days later on June 9, 2008. More than three years later, on August 9, 2011, Austin1 initiated an action against Anduze to have the deed revoked.
