In an action for divorce, the defendant husband appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Geiler, J.), dated July 3, 1984, as denied those branches of his motion which sought leave to amend his answer and for an order granting reverse partial summary judgment.

Order affirmed, insofar as appealed from, with costs.
