In this matter, Angela C. Henderson (defendant) contends that the Family Court motion justice erred in denying her motion to dismiss Steven L. Henderson’s (plaintiff) complaint praying for a divorce from bed and board. Specifically, the defendant alleges that the motion justice should not have determined that Rhode Island had jurisdiction to determine placement, custody and support of the parties’ children.
