Respondent moves to dismiss the appeal in this cause upon the ground that the transcript was not filed within the time limited by Section 554, Or. L., as amended by Chapter 316, Laws of 1927. That section as amended among other things requires the appellant within thirty days after the appeal has become perfected, to “file with the clerk of the appellate court a transcript or such an abstract as the law or the rules of the appellate court may require of so much of the record as may be necessary to intelligibly present the question to be decided by the appellate tribunal, together with a copy…
